Nose:Lots of green apple and cooking apple notes. Brandy snaps. As it spends time in the glass we get more malt & oat notes
 
Taste:Honeycomb, strudel, posh vanilla ice cream, faint spice
 
Finish:Pears, vanilla pods, Demerara sugar. Dry biscuity finish
